Ambergris — was built as the Artist’s proof for the Gothic Knight cue that has been planned for many years. Since Gothic Knight would be the most expensive cue in history to be commissioned by a collector it only felt right to make Ambergris as a homage to the final cue. The idea and the name Ambergris came from Richard’s trip to Ambergris Caye, Belize where he spent a week with friends in the Spring of 2023. The idea was to build Ambergris with pure silver in the areas Gothic Knight would have 18K gold and be adorned with diamonds and rubies just as in the final cue. Once completed the collector that purchased both cues fell in love with Ambergris just as he did with the final cue. They will be displayed by the collector as a pair for many years to come.
